Through its operating companies, the Group provides Engineering Design, EPCM Services, Well Completion and Intervention, Fabrication, Asset Integrity Management, Corrosion Protection, Marine and Offshore Support Services, Equipment Rental and Maintenance, Facility Management and Downstream Petroleum Products Marketing. The Group operates through two core Nigerian entities: Eido Marketing & Logistics Limited serving as the Group’s commercial and support services arm, focused on downstream and midstream operations, energy supply solutions, facility management, logistics coordination and strategic business development. Eido Energy & Engineering Concepts Limited — delivering integrated engineering and technical solutions across Africa, covering EPCM services, offshore and marine operations, rig move and load-out support, jetty operations, movement of marine spread, vessel services, well services, asset integrity management, fabrication, corrosion protection, equipment rental and decommissioning solutions.

Following the Orange Basin discoveries and Namibia’s emergence as a growing offshore oil and gas hub, Eido has established a presence in the country through Eido - Mefuta Energy Services Namibia, in which the Namibian Group holds a 51% stake and Eido holds 49%. Through Eido - Mefuta, the Group is positioned as a trusted indigenous technical partner, delivering marine logistics, fabrication support, marine operations, well head services and offshore solutions to operators across Namibia’s offshore sector.
